Refund policy
Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please return within 30 days of delivery. You must email within 14 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Discounted items
If the item was purchased whilst at a discounted price, the refund will be the amount of the discounted price.

Exchanges
Eco Berry only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at isabel@ecoberry.co.uk.
